Developer Privacy Commitment: We prioritize your privacy. All barcode scanning, image recognition, and barcode generation run 100% locally on your physical device using Google ML Kit and ZXing libraries. We do not collect, transmit, or store your scanned data, image files, or personal information on external servers.
The Application operates under a strict "Privacy First" and "Offline First" model. You can utilize all core features—including scanning barcodes via camera or image file, generating custom barcodes, and performing contextual data actions—without creating an account, registering, or providing any personal identification information (such as your name, email address, or phone number).
Your application preferences and operational settings are saved exclusively within the Application's private internal storage on your physical device via Android's internal mechanisms. This data is never uploaded, shared, or accessible by the developer or any third parties.

The Application is fully functional without an active internet connection. All barcode scanning, Google ML Kit image recognition, ZXing barcode generation, and export features work completely offline. When your device is disconnected from the internet, third-party ad banners simply do not load, and zero network traffic is generated by the app.
The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because all scanning and generation processing runs entirely on your physical device, no personal data is transmitted. If you believe third-party ad services (Google AdMob) have inadvertently received data, please refer to Google's Ad Privacy policies.
Since all operational state and app preferences are saved locally on your phone, you maintain full control over your data. You can erase all saved settings at any time by clearing the Application's storage via your device settings (Settings → Apps → Simple Barcode Scan & Generate → Storage → Clear Data) or by uninstalling the application.
